You will receive your box depending on when you start your subscription. If you order any time from the start of the month until the middle of the month (e.g 1st - 15th) then your box will be posted between the15th - 17th (approx). If you order towards the end of the month (e.g 15th -31st) then your box will be posted at the end of the month/start of the next.Orders are posted via 48 hour Royal Mail delivery to UK mainland however if you are ordering from outside the UK this can take longer.
You will get a variety of different products each month from different brands within the detailing industry. Typically, your box will contain some detailing products, plus some car accessories to keep you going month to month! We also use great brands to ensure that you have the best products only! We will always ensure that your box will never be the same as your last! If you want to know what is in a specific month; keep an eye on our socials for our reveals.

You can purchase both a subscription or a one-off box foranyone you would like! All you need to do is ensure that the delivery addresssays the name of the person and the address you want us to send it too! If youfeel that you want to be extra sure we know it is a gift box then send usa message via our contact form or email email@example.com tolet us know!
Once you have completed 2 months of your subscription you are free to log into your account online and cancel! Just head to the manage subscription area.
Can't log in?
When you first ordered with us you will have had an option to create an account. If you said no, then you won't have an account. However, if you said yes but still can't log in you may not have activated this. Type us into the search bar of your emails or use 'account activation' in the search bar of your emails and see if you can find the initial email we sent about how to activate your account (this may be in junk). Follow the steps and log in.

This is likely because one of your payments skipped and fellin the following month. If your payment skips/bounces and the payment getspushed to a new month, you are automatically allocated a box of the month thepayment is taken. This can mean that if your payment for that month thendoesn’t skip you can get two dispatched in one month.
To avoid this – ensure your payments come out on time and ifthey skip, let us know as we can ensure that the correct box is dispatched.
Should you wish to return a box back to us, please do so within 14 days of your box being dispatched. After this period, we will not accept your box back for are fund.
Please note that boxes will only be refunded if the box is unopened.

BecauseRacecarBox are not responsible for covering returns postage fees - it's fine to send your box back via a Standard DeliveryService but we do ask that you keep a copy of your postage receipt in the event that your box does not reach our warehouse.
Your order will be sent within a few days of your order depending on when you order (taking into account weekends or orders that come in late in the day). Most orders will be dispatched via 48 hour delivery unless they fall into the heavy shipping category or are outside the UK.

If your order is taking slightly longer than expected but you have had a shipping confirmation order then you can be assured that it is on its way and unfortunately, we cannot do anything to speed this up. If you head to your shipping confirmation email you will be provided with a delivery confirmation number - you can click this and it will show you if there has been a delivery attempt or if your parcel is at the local delivery depo.
If it states "no attempt has been made to deliver your parcel" or that the "information cannot be found" or wording similar, it simply means that there hasn't been a delivery attempt yet and itis still on its way.
We may ship via Royal Mail 48. International shipping will take longer (5-7 days +).
We ship worldwide, additional shipping charges apply outside of the UK.

We are really sorry to hear that your order has arrived damaged. Sometimes contents of the package may be disturbed in transit but we're always on hand to help you out with any issues.
To ensure we can get this sorted for you as quickly as possible, please ensure that you provide images of all and any damage for Quality Assurance purposes.Once we have received the images, we will be able to investigate this and offer replacement options. If you have thrown away the damaged product before taking images we may not be able to offer you a reimbursement without proof.

You can log into your account and change your details at anytime. Just changing the default address on your account WILL NOT change the address on your subscription. You need to log into your account, and click 'manage subscription' and then 'edit shipping address'. This is the only way to edit your shipping address for your subscription. If you need to change your shipping address make sure you change your billing address too if you have changed your address with your bank! You can also change your card details in this section!
