WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
You will receive your box depending on when you start your subscription or buy your one off box. If you order any time from the start of the month until the middle of the month (e.g 1st - 15th) then your box will be posted between the 15th - 17th (approx). If you order towards the end of the month (e.g 15th - 31st) then your box will be posted at the end of the month/start of the next. Orders are posted via 48 hour delivery.
If you have ordered anything other than a box (accessory) these will be posted sooner than the above dates.
WHAT PRODUCTS WILL I GET?
You will get a variety of different products each month which makes the box a surprise! Typically your box will contain some detailing products, plus some car accessories to keep you going month to month! We also use great brands to ensure that you have the best products only!
We will always ensure that your box will never be the same as your last!
CAN I PURCHASE A BOX OR SUBSCRIPTION FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
You can purchase both a one off box or a subscription for anyone you would like! All you need to do is ensure that the delivery address says the name of the person and the address you want us to send it too! If you feel that you want to be extra sure we know it is a gift box then send us a message via our contact form to let us know!
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We may ship via Royal Mail Second Class service (48 Hours). International shipping will take longer (5-7 days).
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TOO?
We ship worldwide, additional shipping charges apply outside of the UK.
I DON'T SEEM TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT?
When you first ordered with us you will have had an option to create an account. If you said no, then you won't have an account. However if you said yes but still can't log in you may not have activated this. Type us into the search bar of your emails or use 'account activation' in the search bar of your emails and see if you can find the initial email we sent about how to activate your account (this may be in junk). Follow the steps and log in. If you can not find this email - send us an email at email@example.com and we will resend you one!
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Once you have completed 2 months of your subscription you are free to log into your account online and cancel! Just head to manage subscription!

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS DETAILS?
You can log into your account and change your details at any time. Just changing the default address on your account WILL NOT change the address on your subscription. You need to log into your account, head to 'manage' and click 'manage subscription' and then 'edit shipping address'. This is the only way to edit your shipping address for your subscription. If looking at your phone you will often find the 'manage' area underneath all of your order history. If you need to change your shipping address make sure you change your billing address too if you have changed your address with your bank! If you have any issues, give us an email email@example.com
